a social political podcast encouraging exactly that.
Because the solutions to our most important issues demand nothing less
than that we at least just start talking with each other.

ABouT Meet Your Neighbors and Host Adam Greenberg
Hi, I'm Adam. Your host of MYN. A little about me:
I'm grateful I could say
my 20s were a debt-free decade
traveling with intention
through
work with meaning.
(It's time we make it possible for more young people to be able to say the same.)
For me, some of that work includes TOMS, the Obama White House,
teaching abroad, art and entrepreneurship in the Gift Economy,
two proud terms of national service with AmeriCorps,
and in 2018, 27 months of Peace Corps service with Lianne in rural Zambia.

Why are you meeting your neighbors, weirdo?
I started meeting my neighbors to test that I wasn't in a bubble.
These days, programmed algorithms tailor our newsfeeds and thus, pretty much all of our information.
Are you in an isolated pocket of suburbia? A lonely, downtown city?
Are we - each and all - in a silo of our own selection?
Our respective media choices - digested briefly - in a crowded market of overwhelming data and information overload?
(Enough with the long-winded sentences, man.)
Let's chat.

In order to get these first episodes going, I could use some help.

I've already been walking my neighborhood and recording great chats with new people.
